Super knowledgeable, super good deals for switching,and honestly got a way better phone a fraction of the cost. The bill is 60 instead of the 50 I was once paying. I hope I get better coverage. So far so good.

I was at Cricket today for help with my phone and the service was impeccable!! I especially loved Jose who cleaned my phone for me. Everyone in the store is great and helpful. Great job guys and these guys need a raise or at least an honorable mention!! Love them all!!!

I get very bad service with a static and echo sound. I called the Winchester location where I have an account. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and acted like I was an inconvenience. She cut me off after I introduced myself and started to ask a question. As if it was a burden to her... Do better!!

I've been with cricket for a while now... We had been struggling and couldn't pay our phones for a few months until I finally had the money to do so. I came to the store to pay my bill and to upgrade. Probably one of the best experiences I've had with cricket. A very nice gentleman helped me find the best deals and was very kind to me. He helped me a lot and I appreciate it. If I ever need to go to one of the cricket stores again for anything then I'm definitely coming to this one. Yall have one of the best employees. He deserves a raise lol. I believe he probably was the best person I've ever met who works in customer service! :D I wish I could remember his name tho so I could put that on here....

Affordable plans for large families like ours, and the more you have the better the deal!!! The young lady who is the General Manager really went above and beyond to show us what true hospitality is and that it actually still exists!!

I visited the Winchester center today, Jessica waited on me. They didn't have the phone i wanted in stock. But Jessica was very friendly and helpful. She contacted the Mount Sterling center for me , to be sure they had the phone I wanted before I drove up there.
