Professionally, I drive semi truck regional , and I keep my home Internet in my truck and surprisingly it works ? .. I was just driving by. I just called him and told him that my home Internet wall adapter is broken , he said he has some spare because sometime people return the home Internet.. so he gave it to me and I asked him how much I owe you ? And he said $0 . I’m glad I made this phone call and ask him and it was so much big help , thank you again my guy ??”

“The customer service associates I've dealt with at the store were great, but the phone service is not that great. I lose signal at my home in the epicenter of Winchester, on the way to Richmond, and many others. Often, I have to turn my phone completely off because I can't make calls or send texts. Worst service I've ever had! ~ **UPDATE** I'm revising my review to 4 ? because someone took the time to respond to my review and address my initial issues. It is greatly appreciated. I will definitely stop by the store soon and see what can be done to resolve the service issues. Thanks again! Satisfied Customer!!”
“This review is not for Gamestop, as they're horrible, their shipping, their prices, their selection, their trade-in values, all make me wonder how they're still in business. This review is for Mark in this store, because despite bad business practices by Gamestop, he went above and beyond to help me with an item that I had ordered. I was pleasantly surprised at how attentive he was and continued to work on the problem and communicate with me for over a week concerning it. It's so nice to see true customer service these days, and I appreciate his hard work. Thank you, Mark!”
“I've been renting to own from here for awhile now and will continue to come back here the people that work in the Winchester store are super nice and helpful they have set me up really nice plus i would rather do in store than online shop if they don't have it in store they will get it from another store to have there for you to pick i highly recommend Aarons to anyone”

“My roommate and I went into the Winchester, KY, Verizon store with lots of things we needed help with and some things we didn’t even know we could get help with. The service was great. The young man who helped us was very patient as we brought up one thing after another.
He set up our free Disney bundle and explained how to get it to work on our television. He saw that I was eligible for a loyalty discount and applied that. He saw that I was eligible for what was basically a free upgrade. He found a cheaper plan that offered almost all of the same amenities — and kept all of the important ones.
Then he let me be lazy. He set up my phone. I could do it, but I’d had a long day. He was so kind and patient.
That’s just what he did to take care of me. He took good care of my roommate as well.
All in all the poor man spent an hour with us. He was so polite as we rambled on while he worked.
Every time I come into this store I get stellar service! I love my local Verizon. They take good care of me.”
