Mark Romero was the best Service representative I have worked with in 40 years. He called me immediately upon the arrival of my truck being towed to Ray Chevrolet, began work immediately, and had my truck to me the next day. I have never experienced such prompt, professional, and friendly support as Mark Romero gave me.

Service was excellent and on time. Ashley, the Service Advisor, was friendly, professional and communicated clearly. Even helped to determine the GM Rewards I had available to pay for the services rendered. Waiting area was quiet, clean, and comfortable while waiting for service to be completed.
