“I thought I needed all of the TPMS' replaced on my Crosstrek, but the rear two were fine! The price for the front two was considerably less than the dealership quoted me, and seemed more than reasonable.
Everything was explained professionally and in ways I could understand.
I will definitely be back when (probably not if ?) my car needs any other service.

“Can’t recommend enough! Great prices for used tires. But more importantly, my used tire I bought from them went flat 48 hours later. I called them to say it must have been a faulty tire and to see if anything could be done and the employee was SO kind and changed it for a new tire free of charge and continuously mentioned how apologetic they were for the inconvenience. They deserve all the business! They truly care about their customers!”

“Excellent experience. I made an online appointment for 10AM, and Kyle had my oil change and tire rotation completed by 10:40AM on a busy Sunday when he was shorthanded. My time mattered to Kyle, and he was polite and efficient in getting me on my way. I really appreciate it since my life circumstances are such that my free time is limited.”

“While the service was good once my car got into the garage, I did have to bring it in twice just for one oil change. I was scheduled to have it seen on a Thursday afternoon, at first, but nobody called to tell me it was going to take until the shop closed to finish. I know that oil changes elsewhere typically take about fifteen minutes per vehicle. Had someone called me like they were supposed to, I would have only had to drive to the shop once because I would have changed my appointment over the phone. Luckily, I live only five minutes away. A little communication goes a long way. I’ll know that next time I deal with this shop to plan to be there at least an hour and a half. They’re busy as heck even with an appointment. But also, to be fair, apparently the guy who usually does oil changes was out that day.”

He ordered tires for me and got them in next day and had them mounted within an hour of me arriving, I wish I had discovered these guys much sooner, I would have saved an additional $500 on labor had I used them for some suspension work I had done recently, lesson learned…”
