“I want to start out by saying Bobbie and Melvin made sure I was happy with my purchase. Well I choose the Mavis mountaineer AT so they installed them and I left. I had to make a small trip to Hammond and my wife and I noticed that these tires rode hard and when I researched these tires I noticed customers all said that they rode hard and you felt every bump. The next day which was Wednesday I went into the store At 8am and saw Bobbie and I explained that these Mavis ATs were horrible and I wanted a refund. Bobbie said no and pick a tire that you want. I just went back with the Goodyear Wrangler AT and she ordered them in front of me. Bobbie stated that they’ll be in tomorrow morning, which was Thursday morning around noon. I got a phone call around 10 that the tires were there and she told me to come on in and they would take care of me. Well, I wanna tell you your staff is amazing. I got there. She showed me my tires. The staff put them on balance them made sure everything was correct and I was very pleased with Bobbie Melvin and the whole staff, especially the staff in the in the Bay Area. Today is Friday. I drove it today on a trip to Baton Rouge. It drove like a Cadillac hardly felt bumps on the road. I am very pleased with the tires that’s on my truck now which comes on a truck from the factory these days so I wanna say kudos to Bobbie and Melvin. NTB has my business from now on and God bless all of y’all.”
“While getting an oil change they noticed a problem related to a recall. They easily could have fixed this and charged me - I would have been none the wiser. But they suggested I call Audi as they would handle it for free. Just one example of why I will always trust them with the maintenance of my car. They came recommended by a friend and it was one of the best recommendations I’ve received!”

“I thought I needed all of the TPMS' replaced on my Crosstrek, but the rear two were fine! The price for the front two was considerably less than the dealership quoted me, and seemed more than reasonable.
Everything was explained professionally and in ways I could understand.
I will definitely be back when (probably not if ?) my car needs any other service.

I called them to say it must have been a faulty tire and to see if anything could be done and the employee was SO kind and changed it for a new tire free of charge and continuously mentioned how apologetic they were for the inconvenience.
