“Edit: The owner (I assume) called me and apologized for the situation. She refunded my full amount and still sent the $200 order for free and even upgraded it. She went above and beyond to make this right and I’m truly satisfied with the customer service. I’m leaving my initial problem up so others can be rest assured that if anything comes up, that I have faith they will do whatever it takes to make it right.
Horrible experience. I tried to get flowers delivered and I put in my address and said it would be delivered that day and they charged me $25. After I paid I got a call saying that I need to pay more money to even qualify for me to have the delivery. And then was told there isn’t enough drivers for me. And then I was told the florist is closed. It was one thing after another. Excuses to not give me what I paid for. And when I asked to cancel I was told they couldn’t until a manager came in the next day and I wouldn’t receive a email or any kind of confirmation is was canceled. I’d have to just trust them. Horrible and i wouldn’t recommend this if your in need of flowers that day for a special occasion.”
“Decent selection. Good lay out of customer spaces. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not a lot of parking but small group of customers for day and time so wasn't a problem”
“First time for me in a Walmart. I loved it, there was a lot of choice. You can find all the typical American products there and there was a very nice section dedicated to local teams: Tigers, Saints, Jaguars. On the other hand, small plastic shopping bags cost money.”
“I have been dealing with them for years. A few months ago went there for something, can't remember what, paid for it with a debt or credit card. They charge you.40 cents every time you use a card. I checked and they have been doing this for years. Haven't been back there again.”
