“I’m not one to leave reviews but I felt moved with my experience recently and compelled to leave this review for genuine good /in a positive way. I feel we all should stop and take the time to praise one another as it’s so dire in today’s world for more Godly light in humans, positivity and kindness to all.I wanted to leave a review for Phil, Perkins Road,Louisiana Nursey Associate who was more than exceptional. Not only did he stop to ask when passing if he could help in anyway, he was genuinely kind, a wonderful listener and taught me along the way about the plants we looked at for my urns. When I went plant shopping again (less than two weeks) for more to add in areas, he noticed me and stopped his work to come walk with me every step of the way just as he did the first time. To say the least his warm welcome, his genuine kindness, his gentleman gestures from pushing the cart , helping in picking each tree/plants up and loading it on the cart which I only intended to do myself, walking with me, get protective paper for my car to loading my SUV and making sure they were carefully placed and secure would make one stop and take in such extended efforts and care as this isn’t common any longer today. It was to say the least a breath of fresh air.Yes, it may be someone’s job but when there is selflessness and one genuinely moving/acting with their heart is what makes Phil a shining light that was so brightly obvious in today’s dark world. What a gem you have Louisiana Nursery!! May this review be read by the owners and may you Phil who does this everyday to everyone/stranger you encounter, when no one is watching, be recognized significantly for your selfless character and being such an exceptional gentleman and asset to this company. (Including your two degrees in Horticulture )”

“I live in San Antonio, TX and called to see if Home Depot had received any Bartlett Pear Trees. I want to send one to a family member who lives in Baton Rouge. A great associate named "Nicole" went outside (40 degrees) and also inside the Garden Center to check availability. What wonderful service!!!”

I wanted a new counter depth fridge for my kitchen, so I went on Home Depot, bought a fridge on sale, and I picked a delivery date and they delivered just that! They called me when they were on their way, which was right in their delivery window. They showed up with the new fridge, installed it and even put the old fridge outside. Before they left, they made sure everything in the new fridge worked, and even, made sure that the fridge outside worked.Very respectful and the whole thing happened within an hour. Will definitely be ordering from then again.”

It seem like everything that I couldn’t find they helped me to find it right away. I’m actually making this review while standing in the store waiting to check out. I would advise anyone that’s looking for amazing help to look for one of these women when shopping at Home Depot on Highland road.”

“Came in to rent a carpet machine. The ladies were so cheerful and seemed happy to see me! As I left with it through the self-checkout another employee wished me a good day. When I returned it later, the young man that checked it in was very cheerful and kind. I don't shop here often, but that is going to change after today's experience.”

“Service is not Great. U have to TRACK DOWN a Sales Person & when you do find a person u have to make a selection & ORDER it & Pay for it and WAIT ON THEM TO SEND U A DATE & Time they will deliver it. That REALLY SUCKS!!! They do have decent value sometimes.”

“I came into the store for a package pickup and some equipment to cut down a tree and left with a top 37 LIFE MEMORY. The beautiful ladies at this Home Depot exceeded my expectations in fantastic customer service. The customer service cashier went out of her way to walk me through the locker package challenge, the delightful gal in the chains, ropes, and piping aisle helped me pick out the perfect rope setup for removing trees, and the saucy ladies at the checkout blessed me with a smile and joy in my heart. I give this experience 7.2 out of 5.0 stars AND will use this experience as the GOLD STANDARD to compare other hardware store adventures. Great work Team!”
