“Good selection of plants and related supplies. Shout out to Caleb for being super helpful and knowledgeable! He took time away from his task to answer my questions, help me find plants for my needs, as well as a product to deal with my slug/snail problem. I told him my leaves were being munched but I couldn't find any bugs. He was able to tell me about why he thought it was slugs or snails, and pointed me to a product he uses himself, without once making me feel like an idiot (I'm very new to gardening). Will definitely be back!”

I wanted a new counter depth fridge for my kitchen, so I went on Home Depot, bought a fridge on sale, and I picked a delivery date and they delivered just that! They called me when they were on their way, which was right in their delivery window. They showed up with the new fridge, installed it and even put the old fridge outside. Before they left, they made sure everything in the new fridge worked, and even, made sure that the fridge outside worked.Very respectful and the whole thing happened within an hour. Will definitely be ordering from then again.”

“The young lady I met at the door was passive aggressive and a bit of a smart Alex. I had a couple thousand dollars to spend and was the only person from the office available to go shop ... I had limited time and am unfamiliar shopping for appliances, plumbing, lighting etc. My question to her was simple ... is there anyone available who could help me with all the shopping I needed to do. She began to ummm ahhh I don't think so ...it might take several people ... excuse after excuse.. so I frustrated ..said it's OK and walked off ...as I walked off she muttered under her breath ... I walked back and said excuse me .... she said OH I JUST SAID HOW PRETTY YOU WERE. ??????? I of course took that as being a SARCASTICALLY PASSIVE AGRESSIVE employee. Oh and she she God Bless you. ??!?!?!! Benita Bill and the manager of the store TURNES IT AROUNS IN A HUGE HUGE WAY especially Benita! She is a very valuable employee. Thanks to all who made it better. And I will definitely be back!”
