“The only reason for the four stars is the rooms because I have a cleaning forte that yielded a bit more than I would have expected. Yet beautiful grounds, service (shout out to Mr. Brent) and upkeep. Walkability: Dollar General is right cat a corner from it in Fine stretching your legs distance and a convenience Store is a hop skip and jump about a quarter mile down.”

“Clean and quiet, friendly staff, what more could you ask for? Our family stayed here during a road trip. The hotel was easy to find, with safe surroundings. The lady that night at the front desk that night was really friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean- I've had bad experiences before staying in Slidell so I was very observant for any signs of poor housekeeping. Happy to report the room was immaculate. It was also a very quiet room both in terms of not hearing any other guests and not hearing any ambient highway noise. Our family was able to have a safe, comfortable rest at this Red Roof. Very happy overall.”

How we were greeted and showed around, the breakfast & the conversation just so much laughter & joy! Full of peace & a unique Cajun get away that was needed! “My husband and I ended with a flat tire in Hammond,LA and had to find somewhere quick to stay the night. This hotel may not look the best on the outside but, the rooms are nice and clean! Not very many amenities! But it was good for a cheap and quick sleep. VERY CLEAN!!”

“I went too friendly inn/ Stay Express Inn for vacation with my friends and it was the best place ever!! The people that own it try’s too keep it clean and works so hard! The rooms were so nice and clean and I appreciate the owners who clean it. The motel is so fancy and it’s the best place!! Y’all should definitely go too Stay Express Inn/Friendly Inn!!”

“This is a very quiet place to stay however I don't really care staying in a place that houses people even though they were kind and friendly I still didn't like staying where people are living that's the only thing I didn't like other then that it's not so bad of a place it's safe but like I said a hotel shouldn't house people .... But that's my opinion.”
