“I had a bad noise coming from my car when I start it and the mechanic in my town told me to order a timing chain kit for my car on eBay and specifically sent me the one he wanted me to order. All in all that mechanic was scamming me for more than the actual problem. So I called Mr.Kevis for help in desperate need and he told me to come into the shop the next morning so I drove to Alexandria and while working on the car we realized the original timing chain kit the last mechanic made us pay for wasn’t even the right one. As stressed as I was he helped us order the correct one and get it fixed the right way. My car is sounding and driving the best it has in months and I am forever grateful for the help of this man and his business! Any other shop I went to took advantage of the fact that I was a female and he made sure to sit me down and explain everything word for word and step by step. And even broke down the pricing for me! I would suggest this shop to any and everyone! You will NOT be disappointed!”

“Not too long ago the windshield in my 2010 Toyota 4 Runner developed a 10 inch long crack right in the middle of the windshield. I went to several glass shops to get quotes to replace the windshield and Red River Glass was the cheapest and it wasn't even close with Red River's quote coming in nearly $80 cheaper than the next closest glass shop. On the day of the appointment they had the old windshield out and the new one installed in about an hours time. And it looks just like it did when it came from the factory. Couldn't be happier with the installation and the price... Great Job, Great Price and Great company.”

“I have had HORRIBLE experiences in my lifetime with mechanics. From shade tree to shop owners, it's been a ride for me and I'm always hesitant about them. I've had old school cars that I worked on myself in order to avoid them. But now I have a big family and I've upgraded to a European SUV that I can't fix myself ?. Saw the reviews on Tony's, went straight to the bad to see what people were saying. I saw the complaints, BUT I LOVED TONY'S RESPONSES. So I decided to give them a shot. I have a full sized SUV that would not hold charge. Changed the battery and it's dead in a hour. Charge all night and it's dead in an hour. Brought it to Tony's, and they diagnosed this issue and gave me a quote. I decided why not. They fixed it and I drove off good. I drove this vehicle for a full 2 months before leaving a review, just to see if it was really fixed and if any other parts were sabotaged ??. Needless to say, it's been perfect ?. Thank you for providing great service. You have won my trust and future business ?.”

“The cost of a new truck is north of $85,000.00. I own a 2006 Chevy c2500 6.0 vortec xcab truck. Nice strong reliable old truck. I like it a lot. 222k on the clock when running sweet as can be . 12 month ago I started to rehab my truck new everything underneath hood attached to motor. But I was having an ignition problem.
