They did everything perfectly when they installed my windshield except they installed a slightly damaged windshield. I brought it back and it was swapped out with no problem. I’m withholding the 5th star because they installed an obviously damaged windshield (they cleaned every inch of it before I picked up my car). And because there was no explanation or apology for installing the damaged windshield.”

As I typed this I was told the new windshield has a crack in it. They are ordering a new one and I must come back tomorrow.”

“If you need work done on your vehicle I highly recommend them. I have called around before and everyone was way higher than this business. They got me in and had me out in no time. They had everything fixed that I needed done in one day not several. A few months later something was going on with my van I messaged them on fb at night and he called me and I was no longer panicking. He got to my vehicle the next day and fixed the problem. Henry the owner lives local so it’s nice to actually go to a business that the owner actually works at and you can talk face to face instead of just a telephone. Henry and his wife is very nice people and will answer all your questions for you. Also all the parts they put in has a one year warranty if they buy it and put it in. You will not be disappointed”

“Above and beyond service. I needed tires for an older heavy duty vehicle. Great prices compared to others in the area. Got ready to leave and had a puddle of coolant under the vehicle. Plus my battery died. Within a couple of minutes I had a bucket of water, and a jump to get me going. I always have had good prices on all my tire needs there. I will send all my friends there and continue using them with any business I can give them. Great staff friendly service.”

We took your car in the same day you showed up and it just worked out that we could take you home.We are a small shop and one of our workers was in the hospital and we just didn't have anyone to deliver it to you in the time you needed on the day the repairs were done . We are sorry for the inconvenience that you had to get someone to bring you to get it. We normally don't do that anyway in case of instances like this. “amazing !!!! I won’t go anywhere else now. I went through 4 other mechanics to try and remove all my lights that was lite up like a Christmas tree and my cruise wouldn’t work or anything and they recalibrated my car and got it back to normal again… I’m so blessed didn’t have to use the dealership they just take your money. these guys fix what needs to be fixed. I was told by several oil lube places my brakes was bad and Derek and Ashley look at them and told me I still had plenty of life left in them. “At first I thought that they were trying to screw me over. That was before they pointed out to me that when they had bought out D&J Autoplex the former had done some really horrible book keeping. But through our combined efforts they were able to get all my payments recorded as they should have been to begin with before National had bought out the business.
