Best Buy is a very good store with nice employees. The store looks small but it has everything, including large appliances and home security. It is conveniently located right off MacArthur. While the surrounding mall feels quiet, the store itself is a great place to shop. Employees are knowledgeable and provide the best customer service, helping to order items online for shipment to the store or a home address, sometimes at cheaper prices than in-store. The app also offers sells and deals. Occasionally, construction or lack of internet can temporarily affect transactions, and the store can be short staffed.
