I was helped by a lovely young lady and the manager, Crystal, and they took the time to make sure my problems were resolved right there and then. I really appreciated the time they took to make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend you go into the Jackson Street location if you need anything.”

“I had a special problem and they helped me immensely. I cracked the screen of my MacBook Pro which isn't the end of the world but made my computer useless. The problem is that I live out of the U.S. I knew I was going to be visiting Alexandria and called them in advance and arranged to have them order the part for me so that it would be there when I arrived. They had the screen replaced the same day! Life saver for me. I highly recommend them.”
“A young man named Jay was the first person to ask if I needed assistance, this was my third visit to the Alexandria store.
What Mr Jay did was truly exceptional, he listened, and responded without being even remotely condescending.
Typically, I don't ask for any assistance. Because the younger men and women that work at other best buy locations have incorrectly assumed that they knew far and away more than I regarding computers.
I have not needed one for a very long time. The one I have is just falling apart due to age and abuse.
Mr. Jay, was polite, professional, helpful, non condescending all the while directing me to the exact computer that will match my needs.
Now with my wife's permission I will buy it?
At any rate thank you Mr Jay, and the store management for good training. Albeit, I suspect that his ability is mostly part of his helpful nature.

“The manager and her crew at the north mall store are absolutely fantastic! Every time I go into the location, I am treated with nothing but the utmost respect and given every bit of knowledge that I need. I recently wanted to switched from an iPhone back to an android and Chantae advise me on why I shouldn’t lol (she is funny)… But not in a bad way though. I would say that I made the right decision to keep the iPhone. I feel like as a customer here, I am heard and treated very fairly. I visited some of the other locations and don’t get the same treatment, which is unfortunate. But I will always return to North Mall.”
“I just bought my new at&t verge 2 phone with a new prepaid card( that I should have gotten for free ), ( but the phone lady had quit earlier in the day so I had to buy my new phone),
Anyways blah blah, I sat in Walmart for 4 hours trying to add the pin number of my new prepaid card and it wouldn't activate . I called the office and multiple phone numbers from Google for assistance and was put on hold and waited 45 mins. Total with no results, so I thought the agent on the phone had fixed the issue but I didn't even try the phone I was so frustrated. When I got home the phone wasn't working and I had no other way to call we don't have wifi.
So the next day me and my friend got up , He had bought a new phone as well and couldn't get his connected either, so we both had to go to town . He stopped somewheres and got all the listings for the at&t stores in Alexandria, LA. And off we went . He thought to take his back to another Walmart location and guess what was across the street,( great location by the way at&t, you can't miss it). So in I sent , the lady there told me they didn't do prepaid as soon as she saw the box in my hand and suggested that I go to the cooperate store , ( located on 1800 macuther dr. , so we did.
I walked into the store and the very first person I made eye contact with , Wayne), bid me to a table and I told him my story , and he asked for my id. And in 5 mins or less had my new phone working and me on my merry way!
