About Best Western of Alexandria Inn & Suites & Conference Center
The Best Western of Alexandria Inn & Suites & Conference Center offers a mixed experience for guests. While the hotel features an indoor pool and a decent breakfast spread with options like a yogurt bar and oatmeal, the overall quality of the rooms is lacking. Many reviews describe the rooms as outdated, with some mentioning cleanliness issues and maintenance problems like broken microwaves and clogged sinks. The hotel's location, situated along a busy road, is also a point of concern, with guests advised to request a room towards the rear for a quieter stay. However, the hotel's proximity to a 24-hour restaurant, the Pitt Grill, is noted as a positive. Overall, the hotel seems to provide a fair value for the price, but guests should temper their expectations and be prepared for an average, rather than exceptional, stay.
Safety: Definitely safety is a major concern 🙁. I personally felt unsafe at this hotel. There were very strange people all around the site who looked like homeless. I felt threatened by them. Please don’t stay here if you can👎.

Great breakfast! Good value for the price. Indoor pool is nice but they need to ensure there are always towels available. They are hit and miss with the pool towels being at the pool.

Large hotel along a busy road, so ask for a room towards the rear. The room was outdated but the lobby was being renovated so perhaps the rooms will also be renovated soon.
The breakfast buffet was in a large hall which also contained a swimming pool. That buffet was the usual American standard, nothing special
