“I love this establishment because of the incredible service that I receive every time I patron it. It seems to always be the case that I am not quite sure which book I need, or which online access number I need, or other questions that I feel are essential to being prepared for upcoming classes. The staff at the Alexandria Louisiana State University bookstore are always there as a team to ensure each patron leaves with the assurity that they are equipped with the materials necessary for their class. The employees seem to be specifically trained to treat customers with politeness and respect.”
