“As a new patient of oxygen therapy, I did Not make timely plans to facilitate the continuity while traveling out of state. No worries, I contacted Lincare of Alexandria, discussed my dilemma with Ms. Keisha who referred me to Ms. Michelle. Within a few hours Ms. Michelle contacted the out of state provided and scheduled delivery. Upon my arrival everything I needed to continue my therapy while out of State, was available. “Very helpful after my husband's surgery. It was almost closing time, on a weekend and he was a new customer. The staff made every effort to make phone calls and establish identity. My husband didn't bring his driver's license as he was to have surgery. The visit was a success and I appreciate the friendlines and effort from the staff.”
