I have used Rays on Versailles since they opened. The customer service has dropped dramatically. I moved all prescriptions out of Rays for me snd my family and wont be back. Butch would not be happy with the work product of his current employees,

Prescription was not ready at this location, said they would deliver to the tioga location, which they did an hour and a half late
