“The gentleman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and positive. He gave me not only options and pricing but also a general idea of what each size unit could hold.
When I showed up he remembered my name and was extremely professional. He gave myself and spouse several unit numbers and encouraged us to go and physically look at the different sizes he had available.”
“The container shipped to my home was clean and the service personnel that delivered it and picked it up were great. It was dropped off and picked up on time. However my issue was dealing with Krisi, the manager. She is rude, unprofessional and unaccommodating. Case in point, the container was billed to my credit card. I returned the container 2 weeks before the next months rent was due, but they still billed my card,. I called, but Kristi was busy, said she would look into it. I was on the phone when she called back, she left a message but it was not very clear. I called her back to verify that she had reversed the charge on my card, when I asked she said I left you a message and that is what I said! There was other incidents of this behavior but too long to put here.”
“Fast unloading got here a day before my appointment. They asked me if I was picking up or delivering and I told them delivering but my appointment isn’t till tomorrow and they said we can unload you right now we aren’t closed yet. They also have overnight parking as well”

“Jerry Johnson(owner) is a very pleasant person to work with. He's always accommodating. We love the security measures taken there, they have a pass code gate you have to enter. The facility is kept clean & storage areas are guite functional. We have 2 storages there so we're extremely satisfied! Highly recommend A-1 Storage for your every storing need.”

“Great place to store your items. They will work with you if you're going to be a little late on your payment, as long as you call them. It is gated in. You need a code to get onto the property. It is very secure and well kept.”

When I got to this store, Donovan stepped in and did everything he could to help remedy a tough situation and got me on the road as fast as possible. He took what could have been a U-Haul horror story and made it a customer service success.”
“I'm an operations manager for Vivint Smart Home, and we chose this location to store all of our security system/smart home equipment. The people here are incredibly nice and helpful! It was a breeze to get set up in one of their temperature controlled units. The staff takes a personal interest in making sure your needs are taken care of. Any time I would receive a small shipment they would bring me the boxes, and would call to notify me when larger shipments arrived. I cannot say enough about how much of a positive impact they had on our operation. Also, very safe, secure, and clean. An easy 5 stars!”
