“The gentleman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and positive. He gave me not only options and pricing but also a general idea of what each size unit could hold.
When I showed up he remembered my name and was extremely professional. He gave myself and spouse several unit numbers and encouraged us to go and physically look at the different sizes he had available.”
“The container shipped to my home was clean and the service personnel that delivered it and picked it up were great. It was dropped off and picked up on time. However my issue was dealing with Krisi, the manager. She is rude, unprofessional and unaccommodating. Case in point, the container was billed to my credit card. I returned the container 2 weeks before the next months rent was due, but they still billed my card,. I called, but Kristi was busy, said she would look into it. I was on the phone when she called back, she left a message but it was not very clear. I called her back to verify that she had reversed the charge on my card, when I asked she said I left you a message and that is what I said! There was other incidents of this behavior but too long to put here.”
“Fast unloading got here a day before my appointment. They asked me if I was picking up or delivering and I told them delivering but my appointment isn’t till tomorrow and they said we can unload you right now we aren’t closed yet. They also have overnight parking as well”
“As far as storage goes this was a great experience. The facility is extremely clean and well kept, Ms. Cyndi is the nicest woman ever and is always willing to stop what she is doing to assist you with any issues you may have. “I can’t believe how amazing this place was for us! I had originally reserved a U-Haul out of Marksville but my reservation was moved to Bunkie without my knowledge and since I had reservations for a storage unit here, they actually had a truck to rent us, albeit bigger than the one I had planned to rent. The long and short of it is Cindy waited for us to come in from Marksville since my original reservation had been moved and the facility was closed she was pressed for time but went over everything we needed to know. As luck would have it we couldn’t move anything because the house had been completely vandalized and all our belongings ruined but we let Cindy know as soon as we could. The contract is flexible so we weren’t locked into since we didn’t need it. This all happened on Easter weekend on top of everything else. We just so appreciate all her help and genuine concern about our situation especially after hearing it was all destroyed and we didn’t even need the storage unit or truck. We do plan to move back at some point and will definitely work with her again when needed!!”

“Great place to store your items. They will work with you if you're going to be a little late on your payment, as long as you call them. It is gated in. You need a code to get onto the property. It is very secure and well kept.”

“I'm an operations manager for Vivint Smart Home, and we chose this location to store all of our security system/smart home equipment. The people here are incredibly nice and helpful! It was a breeze to get set up in one of their temperature controlled units. The staff takes a personal interest in making sure your needs are taken care of. Any time I would receive a small shipment they would bring me the boxes, and would call to notify me when larger shipments arrived. I cannot say enough about how much of a positive impact they had on our operation. Also, very safe, secure, and clean. An easy 5 stars!”
