“They had a BOGO sale so I went to see what was available! They have a great selection of shoes. Although it was jam packed because of the sale and the line was extremely long, the young lady at the register was very pleasant and friendly. The only reason I gave a 4 star review vs a 5 star reversal is because their regular prices are a little high. Otherwise it was a good experience and I’ll definitely be back!”
“My wife, who has a very small foot, wears a size 5 to 6 shoe. And of course, going shoe shopping for her is always difficult! However, last Saturday, we found her two pairs of Clark dress shoes, and for a very reasonable price! Plus, the employees were very friendly and helpful.”

“We were at the Encore shoe store at the Alexandria Mall in Alexandria looking for shoes for my husband who had ankle surgery and was wearing an ankle brace. We are both in our seventies and my husband is pretty frail with his balance, so he was in a wheelchair. As we walked in the door, Kim greeted us immediately and came over to assist us. The brace was bulky and none of his shoes at home fit. She found the exact shoe my husband needed to fit his swollen foot that had the ankle brace on it, and she helped with the brace and helped get the shoe on his foot, she was being so careful abd gentle as to not hurt him. Kim was so caring and efficient at her job. We were very impressed by Kim's professionalism and willingness to make sure we were well taken care of. Thank you Kim! You were and are amazing!!! Kim gets a five plus star rating! Thank you Kim!!!”

“I love their selection of boots, myself personally I would recommend the Cody James work boots, their little pricey but worth it. They also have a good selection of coveralls. You can get a nice pair of carhartts under $100. One of the staff members even took time to help me search through the overalls to find me a pair. Nice place to shop nice atmosphere good people that work there.”
