Had the most pleasant experience today at this store. Jasmine was the associate who assisted us and she truly exemplified what Customer Service looks like! My aunt who has a disability was in need of a new phone and Jasmine was so awesome in how she provided service to meet my aunt's needs. She was very patient and kind while explaining the changes to her service, answering ALL her questions. She also helped transfer everything from her old phone, even with that taking quite a bit of time due to how old her previous phone was - it actually required her doing some manual actions to ensure everything switched over. Jasmine never expressed any frustration for having to do this - she truly went above and beyond!!
I am a Customer Service manager who trains Strategic Interaction Skills and I'm always happy to see great service in Action. Jasmine provided us a World Class Customer Experience by demonstrating both Personalization and Customization skills!!
Thank you Jasmine for all you did!! We truly need more people like you in the world!

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a phone retailer. Sharon was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. The entire process took about an hour and a half, but she managed to get me a fantastic discount on a new iPhone that I had been wanting. I couldn’t be happier!

So I went in for an upgrade for my phone just to see if I was eligible to get one and the lady told me yes I was but that I had like $180 left to pay on it and I could get it so I paid for it. I made it very clear to begin with that I did not won't anything else except a new phone which I had also exchanged my old phone in, I told them about 10 times that I did nor won't any kind of bundle I just wanted a phone and they kept on pushing me and tryna sell this stuff to me so basically I gave in just so they would stop but I asked them over and over what is my final bill going to be they told me $170 every month. So why did I receive several messages saying that if I didn't pay $200 something dollars that my service would be cancelled??? I don't even use the watch or tablet they put on my line it's still in the box never opened...now the lady's saying that that's not what happened and won't take it off. That's okay I'll turn the crap all in before I pay all that!!!

My husband decided to switch from at&t to verizon so we can join plans. Jasmine George was our lady, she was very helpful/ polite. She explained the phones, the plans, how much our bill would be. We decided to add the smart watch as well. She set up both watches and the phone. Merged all my apps with Netflix, u tube, etc.. that came with our new plans. I would recommend her to anyone. She is great!! Thank you jasmine! ?

All I wanted was to switch to another phone. Well the two people in the store were not competent enough to get the phone setup completely. I left having to use 2 phones because the phone I switched TO didn't have the data transferred because NEITHER of them could figure it out. I was there 2 hours. They make sure to charge you. I now have to figure how to transfer the data myself because no one at this store knew what to do.

The lady was very professional friendly and helpful walk through the doors and she welcome me and my family and she went to work to fix us up and when others came in she welcome them and tired to help them while fixing me up with two phones.
