“I went into your store today after purchasing gasoline and asked the man handling payments if I could write down a little note to the owners. He abruptly said, "No". I smiled and said "I just want to tell the owners thank you for keeping the gasoline prices down. It's a compliment." Silence. I thought maybe he didn't understand me so I repeated that I just wanted to leave a thank you to the owner and let them know how much I appreciate their keeping the prices down and he again gave me a dry stare and an ugly, "No" back. Your prices are wonderful. Your employees.....not so wonderful! P.S. I would have given a 5 star rating had the man reacted nicer.”

“Food was amazing and the service was excellent!! It was so busy when I came in but the flow was going very smoothly! I took a chance and ordered the fried catfish and it was one of the best I had. Price was very reasonable. Chicken wings were a lot cheaper than Manchus. The last time I went to Manchu the wings were soggy and some were burnt. The wings today were perfect ...spicy and cook just right. I will definitely be back!!”

“Not too bad, if you're in the area, that is. Pretty friendly staff, and that's the only reason I gave them four stars. The store isn't very clean, and it's very dated, but so is everything else in St. Rose.”

“Can you get gas and pack your cigarettes? Totally forgot about pumping. My gas came back an hour later with my receipt. And the gentleman was more than happy enough to give me my gas expressing to me that I was the one responsible. But he had noticed, and he was just a gem. This is a real small business owner taking care of his community.”
