“This Quest lab is inside the LSU clinic at 478 S Johnson. I've had one good experience and one bad. There is a Friday afternoon tech who had an attitude and very painful with the blood draw. What is strange is that the lab techs try to act as bullying collection agencies as well. Before they take a sample, they look up your account and say you owe $xxx. They don't give you a bill. They just say they want the money and they threaten you that if you don't pay, Quest won't do services for you. Also, the lab tech will not use Covid safety measures like washing hands after picking up her 1pm lunch or offer hand sanitizer. Shame The lab tech was rude and did not have a greeting. She wore no name tag. I asked her if she was vaccinated. She said she was and added "you're here now and there's nothing you can do about it." Closed for Lunch: 1-1:30pm but she'll be late anyway”

“Terrence the lab tech here is awesome, he’s so helpful when there are issues with orders, very professional and helpful staff overall, and a caring environment which is key when you’re coming in afraid about health stuff and needles blood etc. highly recommend over the Labcorp uptown. Make an appointment often you can make an appointment the same day online at quest, otherwise wait time might be long unless you come in very early. Don’t have your orders faxed in, they’ll never get received, either have your doctor upload them to quest electronically or bring in a paper copied signed by doctor or with a quest bar code.”

“We went to Labcorp on Monday, October 30, for bloodwork for Paul.We were treated with kindness, respect, and both ladies were concerned about him.The tests came back normal. Thank God.We are on vacation, and had time elements were crucial.We can continue our vacation.The ladies at Labcorp deserve a pat on the back and a raise.”

“I've been going to the LabCorps inside the 1717 Veterns Blvd Walgreens for 2.5 years getting blood work at least twice a year. They are always on time, professional, and quick. I have tiny, obnoxious veins. They listen when i tell them which arm/vein is best, and (unlike SO many other places) they've never had to stick me twice! Totally recommend.”
