“Wayne had done some previous work on our truck after an accident at the request of the person at-fault (they were paying out of pocket and knew Wayne) and we were extremely pleased with the communication and quality of work. So when we had a minor incident recently that made it undriveable, we knew exactly where to bring it again. I was out of the country but text Wayne and he took care of everything. It was very comforting to know there was someone that understood how tough it was to manage this from out of the country and basically put my mind at ease by saying "don't worry, we got this". We noticed a problem with the steering after getting the car back and we were able to get it back to them. They were able to quickly fix and get it back to us the next day which was great cause the Insurance company was dodging our calls about getting another rental. Kept us updated and car looks good as new.”
