“When I first came to this place it was ok the customer service was ok but when I tell you one of the workers there is very very disrespectful I feel you sound never raise your voice at no customer that does business at your business I will never in life do business with affordable in Baker just because of one person”
“I am a repeat customer at this store. My service received from Mr. Carl Hudson recently is always beyond reproach. His customer service skills are great and his ability to communicate with his customers in a professional effective manner is always a joy when I meet him no matter how long it’s been before I enter the store, for my next purchase. The furniture quality always great, however this time I brought a queen mattress in the store and it seems to do well with my back. However, once I’ve slept on it the first night and purchased a pillow top cover for the 2nd night trying to make it work it still a lot firmer than what I experienced in the store. It is unfortunate that return of these items is always frowned on by management, so maybe I’ll try to sell it and then go back and purchase a different one. The brand that I bought was supposed to be very popular, however, maybe not for me?”
