“I am a repeat customer at this store. My service received from Mr. Carl Hudson recently is always beyond reproach. His customer service skills are great and his ability to communicate with his customers in a professional effective manner is always a joy when I meet him no matter how long it’s been before I enter the store, for my next purchase. The furniture quality always great, however this time I brought a queen mattress in the store and it seems to do well with my back. However, once I’ve slept on it the first night and purchased a pillow top cover for the 2nd night trying to make it work it still a lot firmer than what I experienced in the store. It is unfortunate that return of these items is always frowned on by management, so maybe I’ll try to sell it and then go back and purchase a different one. The brand that I bought was supposed to be very popular, however, maybe not for me?”

We LOVED our first one, on a guest bed, so much - it was the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. A friend, who had slept on the bed as our guest agreed it was the only mattress that didn’t cause her to wake up with a backache. When we decided to keep our additional antique bed as our primary bed, we had Mr. Billy make us another custom mattress. It is truly amazing. I highly recommend this company.
