“Great customer service. I used the website to reserve my rental and when I got to the U-Haul place, the manager, who was working the desk, confirmed my reservation. It was quick and easy and the manager was a super nice guy. The guy who checked me in once I returned the truck was also great. The whole experience was a positive one.”
“Dropped a trailer off this morning, an hour prior to opening. Was greeted and told to follow around so I didn’t have to back up and placed the trailer in a spot. I never touched the trailer as he unhooked and took the trailer off the truck. Extremely helpful and the absolute best customer service!”
“I had an excellent experience getting my propane tanks filled. Leah was busy but was very polite, kind and helpful. She had a great attitude and was fun to work with. This in spite of her being very busy with a bunch of other customers. She is an asset to uhaul and they are lucky to have her. 10/10 would buy propane again.”
