“A few weeks ago, we rented a 20' vehicle with a car hauler. We were running slightly behind schedule and got there a little after closing time. However, Kevin at the front desk was very understanding and accommodating. He quickly processed our paperwork and was very thorough in explaining the terms. As an added bonus, Kevin parked the vehicle to ensure easy access onto Perkins.The only thing that would be considered a negative/inconvenience was that the car hauler's brake and turn signal lights wouldn't work. Thankfully, U-haul sent a technician to our house (free of charge) and changed the relay while we continued to load the truck. Overall, it was a pleasant and affordable option for our recent move - would definitely recommend to friends and family.”
