“Kevin was incredibly helpful. The Tender Kare location messed up my reservation and didn't have a truck for me. I was sent to the location on Florida Blvd, and Kevin was able to get me a truck right away and I was able to get extra supplies from the location. Great store and amazing customer service!”

“It was my first time to use U-Haul, it’s so sad to find that the truck was not ready with two dolly I ordered when I came to pickup the truck in this morning. I had to call the customer service to request refund. In this afternoon, when I returned the truck after filling gasoline, I failed to return by my phone due to the poor internet on this site. I met other customers had the same issue there. I had to call the customer service again. Hopefully the refund of two dolly order will be made smoothly, and my return will be processed soon.

He called me the day before pick up and went ahead and attached the trailer to the truck, and took the time to explain to us how to safely use the tow trailer. He made the process easy and quick, which was much appreciated during our stressful day! Definitely recommend!!”

“I had excellent service from the staff in the location and also for the support staff named Ian. When I had to extend my truck I was able to do so easily. The app is okay but I prefer human beings and also I noticed something was wrong with the appliance dolly. I kept telling people about that appliance dolly but nobody wanted to hear it. The dolly was crazy because it made more work for us.”
“They were really nice and friendly people. They helped me outstandingly well. I ordered the wrong u-haul and they were welling to allow me to trade it for another one. I would recommend them to anyone!! And yes, he refunded me for the difference of the other truck I had originally ordered. Which wasn’t his mistake or fault it was mine and he refunded me anyway. I definitely will be returning to them if I ever need another u-haul!!!!”
“Gosh, I am bummed to see the reviews so low here. I had fantastic experience here form start to finish. The only odd thing I experienced was that I booked for one location, but it got changed to another location. Thankfully, it wasn't too far and I was still able to get to it in a timely manner and still end up at the next location I needed to be at. Upon arrival, I walked up to the counter and I was taken care of fairly quick. Signed, sealed, delivered and I was on my way with the 10' U-Haul truck I needed for 24 hours. It was too easy. Truck was clean and spacious enough for us to move all of our stuff. Make sure you are aware of when you place your order that it starts at $19.95 and it can go up from there pretty quick because they charge mileage. Even though you are quoted a price, when you pick-up that price could change, when you drop off the truck just depending on how much you drove with it. Though I do not prefer this pick-up location, it was easier than the other location I picked up before because this is an official U-Haul store. Need boxes, packing tape and other moving accessories, they have them here. I ended up renting a handtruck with my order, which was extremely helpful in the moving process. The customer service was quite professional and I was so glad that I ended up using this location. I highly recommend this location.”
“Easy to reserve online; when my equipment wasn’t available the day of the reservation at the small retailer I chose, UHaul automatically moved the reservation to the closest location and notified me; a rep on the phone helped me go over possible closer options and changes in equipment rentals; the overnight drop off at our final UHaul location was seamless. Truly a blessing!”

“The cashier didn't acknowledge that I was standing there, then she couldn’t get the computer started. She changed my return time to 2:30pm when it was 3:30pm (8:30a-2:30p). The store manager/owner came meet me at the gas pump and proceeded to tell me about myself and when they give me a time to return, I need to do just that. I told him that I booked online for 8:30a-3:30p and I’m back at 3pm. He cut me off from talking and said just leave it at the pump. They had 3 other U-Hauls out there. This was my 1st poor/bad experience with any u-haul vendor. They are also charging me an extra $15 and some change today and not explaining to me why.”
