“Friendly, courteous and very quick. I dropped off antique mirrors to be cut to a specific size for a piece.I'm restoring, and they had them done in an hour. I think what I love the most.. It's a family owned business with a proud Pineville heritage. I will be bringing all of my glass needs here in the future.”
“Not too long ago the windshield in my 2010 Toyota 4 Runner developed a 10 inch long crack right in the middle of the windshield. I went to several glass shops to get quotes to replace the windshield and Red River Glass was the cheapest and it wasn't even close with Red River's quote coming in nearly $80 cheaper than the next closest glass shop. On the day of the appointment they had the old windshield out and the new one installed in about an hours time. And it looks just like it did when it came from the factory. Couldn't be happier with the installation and the price... Great Job, Great Price and Great company.”
“I have used them because they are convenient to my work. It was hard not to give them 5 stars. They did everything perfectly when they installed my windshield except they installed a slightly damaged windshield. I brought it back and it was swapped out with no problem. I’m withholding the 5th star because they installed an obviously damaged windshield (they cleaned every inch of it before I picked up my car). And because there was no explanation or apology for installing the damaged windshield.”
“Glass Technician Darryl was awesome! He did an excellent job on my windshield and passenger side window. This man knows his craft, he was professional and a super nice guy.”
“Called ahead for glass availability, made an appointment, was told in advance it will take at least 2hrs. So far, so good. Waiting room needs an update but it is adequate. So why 4 stars? As I typed this I was told the new windshield has a crack in it. They are ordering a new one and I must come back tomorrow.”
“Everyone was so nice to me this morning! Very helpful and quick with my inspection sticker service! Helped me out in less than 10 minutes! Definitely recommend!”
“5 PLUS stars!... Great price, extremely quick turnaround, and he was even kind enough to pick my vehicle up, replace my glass and deliver it back to me about an hour later, as I was unable to get away from work... Highly recommended!”
“I had such a wonderful experience. The work was done beautifully and the customer service is top notch. You will be in wonderful hands if you choose this location.
