Called ahead for glass availability, made an appointment, was told in advance it will take at least 2hrs. So far, so good. Waiting room needs an update but it is adequate. So why 4 stars? As I typed this I was told the new windshield has a crack in it. They are ordering a new one and I must come back tomorrow.

Needs some serious updating in the waiting area for seating. The glass they ordered for our jeep had gotten broke when delivered that night. We had to reschedule for the following week. The owner was real nice and apologized for our inconvenience.
