“Love this place! It doesn’t matter which one I’ve ever been too the store has great bargains and also you earn points once signed up. The points go towards your purchase. I am partial to the one in Bossier City, la because they have wonderful customer service and actually help you in any way to save as much money as possible.”

“Took a bit to navigate, as it isn't our regular store, or other stores close by, but we were in the area and had to stop by to grab something on our way home. Other than not finding a (grape) fanta in a cooler by the registers, we found everything we were looking for!”
“This is one of the most organized and clean dollar store that I have been into. And believe me with more DG than churches now I’ve seen a few ? even the clearance isles are organized!!! The employees need a raise for sure! Also the customer service is above and beyond. The employees don’t look like they hate the job or customers.”
“The grocery dept in this Dollar General is above avg. With expanded freezer and cold sections the variety and selection is good . It seems that the clothes section is very limited . Maybe this was sacrificed to allow the grocery section to be so big. Overall this store is very well stocked with the things that local patrons want and need .”
“Store was neat and the manager/cashier was very cordial. I told her the store was very orderly and clean. She replied, I try to keep it up even though we are short on employees. I will return to the Dollar General on Bringhurst and Lee Street.”

I could see him smiling through the phone early in the morning! We drove in late last night and thought we had everything, but a simple call for a thermometer for my turkey put a big smile on my face! Bobby will do great wherever he is because he doesn't mind helping people and you can tell!!! Keep shining and smiling!!”
“A very clean and quiet DG nestled in a small shopping center with lots of parking. The shelves were stocked and the staff was friendly. My only gripe is the parking lot; it is rough.”
“This DG is another jewel in the DG chain Crown, great staff always personable & friendly.Well stocked most of the time and clean inside and out. It's a newer store well placed and easy access in and out. Discoverer this store when I went to Petrus Feed store just down the highway, so they are supper convient on my feed store runs to grab anything from in a to milk! Easy peasy,they have some of the,best cashiers around too !”

“This is by far the best location to shop for your everyday needs, the Store is always clean and it has very very nice and well trained. I WOULD LOVE TOO make this employee known. I didn't have enough mkney on me one night I went actually too be more pacific April 23 2021 at 9:30.. she Paid Out of her pocket for the rest of my items... “Always clean help me with any thing or any questions the workers are wonderful and they have everything in the right places they belong making it easier for shoppers to get what they need and they are always willing to go the extra mile to satisfy their customers and I believe that they deserve a raise and a little bonus for the hard work that they put in to having this store in order for customers to get the word out and get the customers to continue to come here to buy what they need also I think if you were to go down on your prices in this store versus the other stores you would have alot more people who would come shopping for everything and the regular customers would tell their friends and family that not only is this store the best but they would save money and get to buy more items from here than any other store around here but that is my opinion any way thanks for always looking out for me and all the other customers may God bless you and I hope that you have a great new year!!”
“I visit this location rarely, but the last time I was there was mostly positive. They went through employees frequently, and at one point only had a small handful without a store manager (they'd gone through 3 and 2 temporary managers, with a new manager on the way the last time I visited). As for the store itself, it is one of the "big" stores, and the office/break room/rest room is in the back, through the warehouse, instead of up front like most other stores. Was a bit messy last I saw, but with what they had to work with, they did what they could. Good location. Stop by and form your own opinion.”
“Currently the best goodwill location in town mainly due to staying open until 6pm when the other location closes very inconveniently at 4pm. Dressing rooms are available and employees are usually helpful and show good customer service skills. The manager could be a bit more friendly and approachable though. Everything is usually in good order and easy to find with no clothing items damaged in a way that would make them unwearable. Prices could be better but that is an issue with Goodwill itself and not this location specifically. I do still appreciate that this location honors the punch card (10 punches awards 25% off entire purchase) and utilizes the color of the week discount system. (Items marked with the color of the week are 50% off) I visit Goodwill locations in every town i visit and so far only Cenla locations have these two discounts/savings, however, the locations that do not, seem to have lower prices overall in some departments.A review of Goodwill in general:The pricing of items leaves much to be desired when it is not at all what I imagine and would rather see when donating MY used items. I choose to donate at times, instead of reselling them myself, with the hopes of helping out someone in need. I don't donate to Goodwill any longer because it seems more like I am just giving away money to a corporation and helping them to profit off of people in need. Many times when shopping there due to having a financial hardship, I find I am being charged same-as-new prices or higher than new prices believe it or not.Goodwill does, however, offer the option to exchange within 10 days which seems fair for the most part. 99% of the time I don't ever have to utilize this option, as I can try on before purchase, but it definitely gives me comfort knowing its an option. Instead of this lowering my purchasing amount, it increases it, as I feel confident in buying, bc I know it won't go to waste compared to purchasing at other second hand stores that don't allow try ons, returns, or exchanges.”
