“It was very easy getting the unit set up online. The lot and unit were very clean upon arriving. Very nice customer service called and followed up to make sure we didn’t have any issues. Would definitely recommend!”
“The container shipped to my home was clean and the service personnel that delivered it and picked it up were great. It was dropped off and picked up on time. However my issue was dealing with Krisi, the manager. She is rude, unprofessional and unaccommodating. Case in point, the container was billed to my credit card. I returned the container 2 weeks before the next months rent was due, but they still billed my card,. I called, but Kristi was busy, said she would look into it. I was on the phone when she called back, she left a message but it was not very clear. I called her back to verify that she had reversed the charge on my card, when I asked she said I left you a message and that is what I said! There was other incidents of this behavior but too long to put here.”
