“If you need work done on your vehicle I highly recommend them. I have called around before and everyone was way higher than this business. They got me in and had me out in no time. They had everything fixed that I needed done in one day not several. A few months later something was going on with my van I messaged them on fb at night and he called me and I was no longer panicking. He got to my vehicle the next day and fixed the problem. Henry the owner lives local so it’s nice to actually go to a business that the owner actually works at and you can talk face to face instead of just a telephone. Henry and his wife is very nice people and will answer all your questions for you. Also all the parts they put in has a one year warranty if they buy it and put it in. You will not be disappointed”

“Above and beyond service. I needed tires for an older heavy duty vehicle. Great prices compared to others in the area. Got ready to leave and had a puddle of coolant under the vehicle. Plus my battery died. Within a couple of minutes I had a bucket of water, and a jump to get me going. I always have had good prices on all my tire needs there. I will send all my friends there and continue using them with any business I can give them. Great staff friendly service.”

They give you quotes and if they have to diagnose something they apply that to whatever it cost to do the repair if you have it fixed within so many days of the diagnosis. Can’t beat that!! I broke down outside of Alexandria on a Friday night with my two dogs, and George Hauk's Automotive got my vehicle fixed up in less than a week so I was able to get back home to Texas for Thanksgiving with my family! They also gave me a Thanksgiving plate that they had here at the shop for their team, which was incredibly nice and delicious! These are good people! I would use them for all of my automotive needs if I lived in Alexandria!”

“At first I thought that they were trying to screw me over. That was before they pointed out to me that when they had bought out D&J Autoplex the former had done some really horrible book keeping. But through our combined efforts they were able to get all my payments recorded as they should have been to begin with before National had bought out the business. “We purchase a 2020 Kia Optima in Oct. 2022. This dealership epitomizes was Customer Service is from the day we bought this this car they have exceeded in Customer Service. Today was no exception I ran over something in the road 2 weeks ago but never really had any issues until yesterday. While driving on the interstate there was a flapping and scraping sound coming from underneath. I'm 66 years old so I couldn't look underneath. This morning I called Kia they told me to bring it in. I did they told me the skid plate was torn up. I couldn't afford to pay for it today. So made it so I could drive it. Changed the oil and rotated the tires. From the receptionist Brittany who took the call transferred me to Service who was busy and couldn't answer my call quickly. Brittany picked my call back up and explained I could hold, call back or Service could call me back. I decided I would just go to Kia. My point is Brittany did not leave me on Death hold. Service Department Nora took my car in they offered to Shuttle me anywhere but I stayed. Every single person who works at Kia were friendly polite went above and beyond to make me appreciated. If you ever want to see Team work in action, Outstanding Customer Service during and after the Sale then go to Walker Kia you won't be disappointed. Shout outs to Receptionist Brittany, Nora in Service, Cortez I Bria Sales Manager, Austin Cooper my Sales Person and everyone else who works there definitely know and understand true Customer Service!! “Caught a flat traveling from Ho,uston to Alabama on a Sunday. Went to Walmart and of course, they do not have my tire size in stock. Most of the tire shops were closed. The ones that was open also didn't carry my size. I had called Broadway and they got me back on the road in no time.”

“Quality small business since seemingly talented & friendly staff. Great help with inspection sticker - while vehicle was not able to pass inspection, they provided a temporary 30-day rejection sticker, allowing me to get the problems fixed while dodging a $200 ticket.
Numerous other locations simply declined and sent me off, Steve's Lube & Tire Center did not. I will look to trust them with the oil next. Do understand that it is a small 1-2 vehicle workshop, expect first-come-first-serve, just like business has always been performed in the past.”
