“I live in San Antonio, TX and called to see if Home Depot had received any Bartlett Pear Trees. I want to send one to a family member who lives in Baton Rouge. A great associate named "Nicole" went outside (40 degrees) and also inside the Garden Center to check availability. What wonderful service!!!”

“What can I say home? Depot is probably the most favorite place in the world. I think I could probably sleep there if they would let me. The workers are always super super friendly and whoever they have working the parking lot, keeping the buggies neat and clean, is really on top of their game and deserves a raise. Because other home depots do not have that clean organized. Also, Mr Dwayne is always around to help when needed.”

“I want to give a shout out to BlazeGrills/BBQGuys for customer service above and beyond expectations. We purchased a 1 year old home in Ft. Myers in March of 2022. It had an outdoor kitchen with a Blaze Grill and Blaze Outdoor Refrigerator. We loved having and using both but the Refrigerator stopped cooling at the end of 2022. The unit was past it's one year warranty. I worked with Jacob in Blaze Customer service to replace several parts/controls to try to troubleshoot the problem. These were sent free of charge. Unfortunately, the unit would still not cool. I was then contacted by Charlie who is the Head of Sales. He offered to send me a new unit free of charge given the unit was less than two years old. In today's day and age where most consumer providers make it difficult to fix/replace things even under warranty, this was an awesome gesture from Blaze. I will absolutely buy products in the future from Blaze and the BBQGuys. Thanks again to Jacob and Charlie.”

“I made a large purchase with them in 2021 for my new home. Included in that purchase was a very expensive BlueStar range. I am now having problems with it and they will not service BlueStar appliances. They claim to service them but do not. Beware of buying anything from them.
*Edit - I was contacted after my initial review and they agreed to send a technician to my home. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem. Additionally, he was able to fix the convection fan which never worked well from the beginning. My wife attempted several times to get them out in the past to fix the fan but was told that they do not service BlueStar. We now know they do, you just need to talk to the right person. Unfortunately we are now past the warranty date so it remains to be known what will happen with that.
Update 5/14/24 - As of now we have not been charged for anything. Which in my estimation is the correct thing because if we would not have originally been told they do not service BlueStar, it would have been fixed during the warranty period. In short, it took writing a negative review but once I did they quickly responded and they did the good and right thing. Thank you Chris”
