Wax Road AT&T store is clean and professional. Customers say staff help answer questions quickly. A staff member helped a customer with a new phone and new line fast. The store manager explained options and helped other customers at the same time. Many customers say the employee is super nice and helpful, staying after hours to finish setting up a phone. One customer got a new line and an awesome new phone in no time and called the sales rep the best in over ten years. However, one customer was unhappy. The store sold a phone case that did not fit the phone type. The customer could not get a refund and said the case cost $40 and was wasted. The customer said the store did not take responsibility and that the case was not compatible with the phone. Some customers warn not to buy a case from this store. Overall, the store offers nice service and helpful staff, but some customers had problems with phone case compatibility and refund.

The young man was so sweet and kept a beautiful smile on his face the entire time I was in the store. Wish I had gotten his name. He was the only employee working at the time and when I left he had three customers waiting for him to help them. He was an Employers dream employee!

The experience we had at the Watson ATT store was great! They have an awesome customer support team! We had the pleasure of working with Nicholas C. He is great at his job and one of the nicest guys we have ever met.
