I ordered phone cases online, and decided to return them because they did not come with screen protectors. I spoke with 2 AT&T reps via phone, and was advised that I could return them to the nearest store. I chose that option and took the cases to the location at 14409 Wax Rd Suite B Baron Rouge LA. 70818. I spoke with a gentleman there and told him twice that I was returning cases. After waiting about 30 minutes (he had a customer before me), he yells across the store and asks where I purchased them. Then says “oh, we don’t do returns here. If you ordered online, you have to return them online. I eventually called the 800 number and was told again that returns in the store were an option. I refuse to go back. Clearly someone forgot to mention to the workers at this store, that they are in fact able to accept returns. I’ve had bad experiences with customer service reps in the call center, and clearly the store is no better.

I've never been to such an unprofessional, unfriendly, and utterly incompetent business before. If I could give zero stars it would still be more than they deserve.

There was a woman in there today with 0 customers. A customer who lives close to that store did an upgrade and tried to trade his phone in. She was beyond rude to him, (an older guy), and sent him out refusing to trade his phone in. He called my store in a panic & rage because of how rude she was to him. Dont know her name, but she was in the store alone with 0 customers today 07/11/2024. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

There was a worker there by herself at 10:30 am ish today and she was very sweet/professional. I should’ve got her name, but she was awesome when I went to purchase my new charger and box.

Terrible! Sold my mom the wrong charger to her iPhone and wouldn’t let us exchange it. Jessica got loud with us over a charger. Worst customer experience in my life!!!! Treated us very poorly

If I could give zero stars, I would. This store scammed me. One of the ladies who works here sold me a... $40... dollar phone case. Turns out the phone case isn't even for my phone type, if the lady had paid any attention, she would have noticed that they didn't even sell my phone case type. Better yet, that my phone wasn't compatible with the case she sold me. Don't buy your case from this store. There's a good chance your money will be wasted. Go to a different At&t store if at all possible. You can't get refunds on the phone cases here, even if the store makes a mistake. Not really sure if they take any of the liability at all. So.. That's $40 dollars wasted. ? ?

My wife could not come in today because of how she was treated yesterday by person who sold her Apple Watch and did not tell her she had to get another line in order to get the watch at discount price. She asked for receipt and was not told that the receipt would be emailed to her. Also she never purchased watch through AT&T. So she did not know about data plan or second line or insurance. When I received my bill I saw the other line that I was not told. I am paying for line that I did not use. I asked to speak with a manager and was told by clerk who sold me watch that the manager only comes in once month. I have been trying to return the watch every since I received my bill showing charges I was not aware of. The person who sold me watch was not trying to resolve the issue and would not help at&t customer service reach a resolution to the problem she created by not telling about the second line or data plan. I have been a customer with at&t for over 30 years. Sadly this is the way you treat a loyal customer. I loyal customers reptrusted the clerk to be honest. The person who sold me phone, her name was not the person on on my email that the customer service and loyal customers rep research who said that person was no longer working there. The person who handle my transaction still works there. Disappointed Customer at Central AT&T store on wax road

0 stars. I went in to get a new device, they told me they couldn’t add a device to the line until my phone was paid off. I didn’t want to have to wait on shipping, but I then went home and did exactly what I had been trying to do online. The people were just lazy and did not feel like setting up a new device. They get paid to sit on their a** and lie to people. Do NOT go to this location.

Very nice and clean store, Ms. Anna helped me she is very professional and nice and she answered all my questions that I needed answered. I wish she could’ve helped me the day before. My experience with Ms. Alexis was horrible

Was really happy with the service we received from the Wax Road ATT. The store manager helped us out immediately and she did a terrific job explaining everything all while helping out other customers too.

I came in on 04/03/23 because I needed to replace my Galaxy S9+ very badly and wanted to take advantage of the Samsung and AT&T offers for the Galaxy S23. Alexis helped me out as soon as she finished with the customer she was with. Ended up getting a new line and awesome new phone in no time at all. Alexis was the best AT&T sales rep. that I've dealt with since I've been dealing with AT&T (over 10 years).
