“11/16/25 Guess who’s back? Me. I came back to my favorite place for car maintenance. When I tell you these gentlemen are the best. The wait time was minimal. As I was coordinating with a tow truck driver and Mavis, Orson was accommodating and flexible. And then when I got my car there 45 minutes before close, he had me out in 20 minutes. His crew also seemed happy to help. At times it feels like customer service is a dying art - not for Orson and the team at Mavis on Essen. Thank you!”
