“Original review:I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation appointment for 1:30 on 8/17. I received 4 confirmation texts and emails about my appointment at 1:30…an hour later my car was still never taken to the back. I took off work for this and not a single employee gave me an update while I was waiting. I understand being busy, but communicate that with the customer or maybe give a heads up when I get there that you were running behind. I asked for my keys and left.
Updated review: Brad the regional manager texted me the next day and immediately apologized for the lack of communication. They were short staffed for my appointment and he found a way to right the situation,”
“Hugo was amazing. Our Tahoe had a broken hose and we broke down on 190 in WBR and as if everything fell into place he pulled over to help us and make things much less stressful. “Manager just doing wrongful got me fired because there are real dust like common dust inside the tank! I told manager need use water hose wash clean out before I can go in and use grinder. If not clean going to bad don’t see anything from inside use grinder. That is how he fired me. He broke the Health safety! He Alway fired anyone. He is lies and bad person! Good luck!”

“I was referred to Simpson' s by a guy at Advance Auto Parts in Denham to get my car inspected. He was EXTREMELY THOROUGH! I ended up with a 30 day rejection sticker but if I fix everything in the 30 days I will not have to pay another $18! At least I am legit all of the way now!”
“Other then getting the wrong quote over the phone and when I went in they would not honor the price. The guy that I talked to over the phone gave me the price for the wrong tires and was standing right there and told the manager that he did. She did not try to help out with the price difference at all. She just chalked it up to there was a mix up.”
