Plus they just upgraded their ATM's and you can do really anything from them. I just wish they had branches closer to the Denham Springs area, that would be really nice. “I will absolutely say I have always loved Capital One, and it has proceeded down to my daughter. However after receiving a large check from my retirement system and depositing it into my account the receipt said a portion would be available the next day and another portion will be available the following day and then 5 days the total would be available. However, that did not occur. And when I went into the branch to speak to someone, Alexandra was extremely extremely helpful 2 days in a row, being patient with me and understanding, even contacting her Representatives to see if anything else could be done in the matter. I have been trying to get my car out of the shop for over 3 months. But through all of her patients and time and verification of funds and information, they still were unable to release any funds until after the 5 days. If a bill collector calls you and takes your routing number and account number those funds are withdrawn from your account immediately why can't bank to bank do that with a check issued to a customer? Overall I give Capital One five stars because I love their service and banking Andy assistance I received from all the representatives but they fail to get five stars because of the inability to help me with a financial crisis.”
