“I have my mortgage with Fidelity Bank and had the misfortune of experiencing a flood in my house. I handled all of the repairs myself and dreaded having to deal with the bank to get the insurance check endorsed. I went to the Corporate boulevard location of Fidelity Bank and was greeted by Rebecca Stolier. She was very helpful and explained the process to me. I left the bank with the bulk of my money being reimbursed. All I had to do was email photos of the repairs and I drove back to the bank and picked up the balance of my funds. The people in the recovery department were also extremely prompt ( I did not get any names ).When I returned to pick up my final check Rebecca had it ready for me in a few minutes. She was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. A true pleasure to deal with!”
