“Really great place to bank, they have enough branches so you are really close to one, if you need. The staff is always nice and helpful. Plus they just upgraded their ATM's and you can do really anything from them. I just wish they had branches closer to the Denham Springs area, that would be really nice. Other than that, I would DEFF recommend UCB!”

“This review is specific to the Essen Lane branch in Baton Rouge, LA. I have had my only banking accounts - checking, savings, and money market - with Regions Bank for many, many years. I have become dissatisfied with Regions for several reasons as of late, so have been taking advantage of sign-up bonuses to try out a couple of different banks to find a good, solid bank I can start to build a relationship with as I go through some major life/ family changes. First Horizon caught my eye with a $450 sign-up bonus offer. I had never heard of them (just never paid attention), but when I looked them up online, I saw that there was a branch very close to where I live. I went to the location on Essen Lane. It was SO nice inside! Very large, sunny due to skylights, inviting, and classy feeling. It is so much nicer than any Regions I have ever stepped foot in. That was my first impression. Then, I had the most lovely lady help me open my new account - Brooke Burke. She was so professional, down to earth, attentive and HELPFUL!! She spent a good deal of time with me, and answered every question I have. She gave me her card with her direct phone number. No more assuming I am calling a local Regions Branch with a local number, only to actually get a general corporate number! (I did actually call her soon after getting home to ask a follow-up question and yes, she did actually answer the phone directly!) She pleasantly chatted with me and told me about her family, and her upcoming trip - I really enjoyed that. FHB is lucky to have Brooke on their team. She even came out to my car as I was pulling out to give me a package of some cool FWB swag - a nice stainless tumbler, pen, etc. It's like she knew me because I love this stuff. Haha. Very, very nice touch. She made me feel excited and positive about opening an account with First Horizon. Thank you Brooke and First Horizon! Love the personalized feel. Such a stark and positive difference!”
