I love this bookstore and will be very sad when it closes down. I don't know what's up with the escalators never being fixed, but I guess the ownership has other priorities.

When I was on location working on a movie in Baton Rouge. My downtime was spent perusing books and enjoying my cup of coffee in the cafe.
B&N was conveniently located to the hotel I was staying at. The employees were always friendly and attentive to my needs.

Very expansive bookstore with lots of offerings, the staff are very kind.
