“Lori, the owner of Lulu & Bean is truly a saint and went out of her way to save the day! We are currently headed to Rosemary for vacation and have family photos tomorrow night. I forgot to pack a white bow for my daughter, so I started searching for Children boutiques on the way from Texas! Lori immediately replied to my FB message and accommodated me stopping at their store when they were not quite open so I could shop what I needed. “Have had really great experiences here! They’re so knowledgeable about strollers and baby gear in general, literally answered every question I had (and ones I didn’t know I had!) I am always able to browse around on my own without being pestered but I’m always greeted and offered help when I need it. They also have the absolute cutest selection of “Louisiana” themed baby items, I love shopping here for gifts. Awesome place.”

“I've drove from Chalmette twice once that was my fault and even after trying to cancel my order due to it being so far I arrived 15 mins before close and had an amazing experience with customer service! I had an issue with the game attempted to handle it in Chalmette the man literally told me he couldn't help me I jad to drive back to BR, whatever arrived and when I say that for as long as my children have interest in video games I will make the drive from Chalmette to deal with this particular store. I wish I had got their names when I say the BEST customer service I mean that!”
