“Joel came out fixed my fireplace the first visit. He was so knowledgeable we felt secure he would fix our problem. We have a new house and Woodburners installed the fireplace. It has never worked correctly. It goes off and on and sometimes won’t turn off. We notified them for three years. They always blamed us that it needed batteries. We always kept new batteries in it. They also charged me every time they came out knowing the didn’t fix it.
Joel with Acoustical Specialties came in with his equipment and kept us informed all the way.
Woodburners isn’t the only fireplace shop in Baton Rouge. Acoustical couldn’t be nicer, and truly interested in helping you. Thank you Joel and Acoustical Specialties, we’re so glad to have our fireplace working, especially in this freezing weather!”
