“This is such a great store! I went in determined to buy a kitchen aid grill my husband and I fell in love with .. i was going to surprise him but was surprised myself when I tried lifting the box that the grill came in. I asked for help and was immediately helped. Two very nice ladies kicked my pregnant butt out of the way and got the heavy grill on a cart for me. They then took it to checkout for me and even got another gentleman to get it into my car! Amazing customer service, they were so happy to help it was great! Highly recommend this location!”

“My dishwasher broke, so I was in need of a new one. Luckily for me, Lowe's was having a sale on dishwashers!I went online and was looking for something specific, and I found just what I needed. I ordered the dishwasher and paid an extra fee to have it delivered and installed- so easy!! It took a few days for them to call me to set up an appointment, but they were professional on the phone and gave me the earliest install date available. Two days before my install, they called and set up a time of delivery.For the time, they said between 8-10 am, so I was expecting them to show up at 10, but boy I was wrong! They showed up with everything needed at 8 am, installed the dishwasher, took out my old dishwasher and they were on their way. It took less than hour, and they even made sure my dishwasher ran properly before leaving. They cleaned up their mess and off they went. I will definitely be using them again for any other appliances.”

“I’m so glad these people are here in Denham Springs!!! This is the Last time I spend a half a day walking around the big box stores looking for something & not finding what I’m looking for! Three times, in the past 8 months or so, I called Holmes Building Materials and they said come in and if we don’t have exactly what you need, we will just make something that will work. Three times now, they have done exactly that!!!This last one was almost embarrassing… thankfully Todd had already left for the day, but his solution to my problem was waiting for me at the checkout counter. A simple 3/8” NPT to 3/8” flared fitting solved a week old issue of installing a gas dryer in an old house, in Lafayette! Oh yeah and two round trips to Lafayette… also!
