“I cannot recommend Malcolm and Drusilla Car Car enough. My grandmother recommended him and he's always been fair and has never tried to upcharge me on anything. I recently had an issue with my newer car and tried to take it to the dealership because there might have been a recall on the car. The dealership couldn't get me in for 3 weeks and then when they did get the car, they hadn't even done the $200 diagnostic after several days. I ended up having the car picked up and taken the Drusilla. It didn't get there until 10 minutes or so after he would have closed, but I still ended up getting a call the same day with a diagnostic. “Have been putting off getting my windshield replaced for years because I don’t have glass coverage and thought it would be ridiculously expensive, so I just dealt. But the cracks kept getting worse and worse with the cold, all the way through the horizon line, so I decided to call around for quotes. Got online estimates from major chains for over $600.
Called my go-to tire shop (Mavis on Essen) to ask if they had recommendations, and two workers said this place at the same time. Called and got an estimate of around $340 (I forgot how much exactly— I have a 2017 Honda Civic without any lane assist or rain detection sensors), with availability as early as later that day. Took it in, entire process took around an hour, paid exactly what was estimated, was given clear instructions on how to care for the windshield as the glue sets, and was on my way. So easy. Something I’ve been putting off and dealing with for years was handled in an afternoon for half what I was expecting to pay, with lifetime warranty if it starts leaking. Super happy and have way more peace of mind driving my car now, especially in the cold.
Windshield is crystal clear now, like looking through an open window, it’s insane. 10/10 experience, definitely recommend.”

“Woke up to find a hole in my back driver side window. Can't tell if it was from vandalism or my neighbor throwing a rock from his lawn equipment. Too hard to tell. Checked with Safelite first and they wanted to charge $320 (plus tax) to replace the back window, and they did not have an opening until Saturday which is two days from now. Called Auto Glass Now which was actually closer to my house and they quoted me $233 WITH tax and said I could bring it over anytime the same day for replacement. I have a much older car that didn't need calibration for window replacement, obviously the price would have been higher if it were a newer model. Since I keep a high deductible on my insurance and would be paying out of pocket it was a no-brainer to go to Auto Glass Now for the replacement. The manager who greeted and took care of me was very nice and professional. The workman who came and got my keys for the car was also kind and polite. All in all it took about an hour for them to do the job from the moment I arrived. Highly recommend them for anyone needing an auto glass replaced.”

“Finally having time nearly a month after my inspection, I went in for a tint removal. I admit, I thought the place was closed at first due to the sign, but tried the door anyway. Pleasantly surprised it wasn't.Got my tint removed from my front two windows to finish getting my inspection sticker. It was pretty fast and cheap.Once done, I came back and got it replaced. The process was faster than I expected and overall, I love how clean the work is. Even made sure to get rid of a renegade bubble before handing the car back.Thanks for explaining all you do, as well for allowing the pics!(Cost of tint removal: $15 per windowCost of window tinting: $60 per window)”

“Wonderful service and came to my home for the install, which was quick and easy! I'd been waiting for Safelite to locate a dealer only windshield for weeks with no luck. After speaking to dealer he told me to call Kayla at Capital Glass and they could have my windshield in 2 days. Sure enough I called on Monday and by Friday morning my windshield was replaced at my home with no issues and the installers were super nice and knowledgeable! Highly recommend and will be using for all of my future glass purchases!!!”

“I accidentally left my grandmother obituary on my dashboard right in front of my mileage and when I picked up my car the other day it's no where to be found, I realize that they have a note posted that says they aren't responsible but I just don't understand why they moved it when it wasn't bothering them or in their way.
