“This is the place to go if you need to rent a pickup truck for towing. The whole process was super quick and they had a great inventory. The truck I rented was brand new and had just about all the bells and whistles. This was definitely the fastest I’ve ever been able to rent a vehicle. Everyone I came into contact with was nice and helpful.”

“Returning a one way rental was extremely easy and fast. They called ahead of time (unprompted and early in the day) to give us the gate code if we wanted to return truck after hours. The people there were very friendly. No surprise charges. Will absolutely use again!”

Upon pickup, the paperwork was nice and simple and we got a newer model uhaul with no problems (so far - we haven’t made our move yet lol!) “It was my first time to use U-Haul, it’s so sad to find that the truck was not ready with two dolly I ordered when I came to pickup the truck in this morning. I had to call the customer service to request refund. In this afternoon, when I returned the truck after filling gasoline, I failed to return by my phone due to the poor internet on this site. I met other customers had the same issue there. I had to call the customer service again. Hopefully the refund of two dolly order will be made smoothly, and my return will be processed soon.

“Climate control storage was amazing. Very personable staff. He did everything he could to make our uhaul reservation happen. Uhaul fell through in every way possible. If it weren't for the staff here we wouldn't have gotten our "guaranteed reservation". Dont go anywhere else. ?”

“The truck was very clean however it drove really bad. It bounced almost uncontrollably. I'm a commercial driver and I know when a vehicle is not quite right. I did report it to the associate and he said he'd document my report. Whether he did or not, I'm unsure but for the safety of others I am now. I love this location access. They are great associates. Very kind and helpful each occurrence I've been there just need to make sure the equipment is in better driving conditions.”
