“I’m very happy with the customer service her at The Storage Center. I’m totally forgetful and there have been many times where I’ve improperly locked my unit to which I’ve received a call each time notifying me for the sake of my personal belongings. On today Brenda was very helpful with walking me to my unit to ensure that I knew how to lock my lock properly. I’m very grateful for the team here as my prior storage company dealt with a severe case of break-ins even with our units being properly locked. This is the most secure I’ve felt with my belongings being in a storage facility. I highly recommend this place for your personal and/or business storage needs.”

“The Storagemax facility off Bluebonnet is a perfect place to store your items. The facility is always super clean and my account is always accurate. It is obvious that the manager takes great pride in the facility as the way it is operated can only be attributed to being run by a top-notch manager. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have used other nearby storage facilities and they pale in comparison. I have never seen as much as a bug in the facility. For anyone to say otherwise is totally false. I am confident that my personal belongings are in good hands under the leadership of the manager, Sharon Anne. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of extra space. If I could rate a 6th star I would.”

“I had multiple pods delivered to and picked up from a residence about 30 minutes outside of Baton Rouge. This review is for Chris Head. Chris was amazing! He backed down a long single-car driveway and in between trees (that were thankfully tall enough) to deliver the pods. And he was kind about it. When he arrived, I had workers here, which were unexpected when I scheduled the pod. We ended up having to park it differently than I had planned, which meant turning the door around to face the other direction. He did not complain; he just worked magic to make it work. Another time, I couldn't get the door open on a pod that had been delivered. He literally crawled into the container to help me get the door unstuck. Simply amazing!
I will be leaving a separate review for another delivery that was supposed to happen today. Chris deserves 10 stars, so I'm doing this one just for him.”
