Mr Danny is the absolute best! We have had our insurance with him for 19 years and he has always gone above and beyond for us and the other family members who also have policies with him! Ms. Leona and Mr. Brian provided exceptional service! They demonstrated extensive knowledge, professionalism, and efficiency throughout the process. They took the time to thoroughly explain the various benefits available. Initially, I reached out to obtain an auto quite due to my dissatisfaction with All State's nearly charging $400 for full coverage on a single vehicle. Mr. Brian was INCREDIBLY PATIENCE, and Ms. Leona offered INVALUABLE ASSISTANCE!!
Together they exceeded my expectations, and I am pleased to now be a member of the State Farm family!! I am grateful to have transitioned away from Allstate, as I not only secured excellent auto coverage but also achieved a significant lower rate, enabling me to save an additional $200 each month.

I initially called just for a quote because my previous insurance went up by $100. When speaking with Ms. Mary and Ms. Anissa, you can hear a smile through their phone call. Speaking with someone who’s number one goal is customer service makes all the difference in the end result. They were able to answer every question I asked and assist me with getting a rate lower than my previous insurance even before they raised it! I'm so satisfied with my experience thus far. I truly appreciate people like them! 10/10

My experience here was nothing less than amazing. I went there to get a good life insurance policy and car insurance quote since my original car insurance with another company increased by $120 smh. Anissa Rodney was very knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. She was able to get me the best and affordable insurance policy to fit my needs along with a better car insurance quote as well. I highly recommend this location ☺️
