“I went to this store based on location convenience. The store was a little in disarray, but completely understandable as they have a lot of things marked down after the holiday and the general public has little to no regard of how they leave things in retail stores. There were employees working on rezoning the aisles and I could see the progress they were making. But the customer service alone will bring me back to this location. Every employee I encountered greeted me and asked if I needed help. Everyone was super friendly and from observing and talking with a few I can tell that they take pride in this store and really care that the customers are taken care of!! I observed who I think was the manager and she was awesome - in making sure customers were greeted and employees were staying on top of what needed taken care of. Will definitely go back.”
“This location has fresh produce, which is awesome (strawberries, bananas, lettuce, tomatoes, etc) & in great condition. This location is 5 minutes from my job, which means I don't have to go to Wal-Mart (which most of the time I hate) just to get basic produce. Service is good.”

“We have been in many dollar stores but the Dollar General on Harrel’s Ferry Road is one of the best managed and friendliest stores we have experienced. The store is well stocked with a really large variety of products. The check out process is also fast and friendly. An enjoyable shopping experience.”

“My store. I usually go to the store on Government and Acadian. The staff there are great;. they leave the drama at the door, and I never see anyone texting on the job. They are all about the customer and are always friendly, hospital, and knowledgeable on anything I ask about. “We found the Dollar General on Coursey Boulevard convenient and very well stocked. They have a little bit of everything for sale. It’s nothing fancy but it’s quick and the prices are fair. The only drawback we found is they have no one to assist with finding things, but we were able to find everything without.”
“I was very well taken care of. I asked an employee if they had a certain product. He said he didn't know and asked another colleague for help, who quickly located the product. While I didn't decide whether or not I was going to take the product, the two employees accompanied me. Very attentive. I decided that I would take a lot because of their attention.”

“Beautiful young lady is very helpful every time I visit and she is always working/multi-tasking running the register and helping in the isles and checking out customers. It's like she is the heart of the store, I didn't get her name but she is tall and slim and very nice and helpful. Long hair. My visits are short and quick, much better than going to other stores.”

Besides that though … so much for convenience because every time I come by on my way from work they close at 8 , they should be open till 9 so tell me why they lock the doors between 8 and 8:30 ???
It would be even better if they stayed open till 10 but they could at least stay open till their posted hours.”
“This is the biggest of the three Dollar Trees I shop at. The Walmart super center is across the street. I frequently find items that the other stores do not carry or out of stock. The employees are both helpfully and friendly.”

They have friendly staff, but the most friendly one, I believe is a manager, she is very outspoken and just nice to everyone, so nice the whole store can hear her upbeat mannerism.
