“I love this place. It looks cluttered a lot but not over the top. And sometimes the price of some things are barely under the normal price, the same and sometimes more than the original price somewheres else. But they do have great finds. And everyone is always helpful and nice.”
“This location has fresh produce, which is awesome (strawberries, bananas, lettuce, tomatoes, etc) & in great condition. This location is 5 minutes from my job, which means I don't have to go to Wal-Mart (which most of the time I hate) just to get basic produce. Service is good.”
“I went to this store based on location convenience. The store was a little in disarray, but completely understandable as they have a lot of things marked down after the holiday and the general public has little to no regard of how they leave things in retail stores. There were employees working on rezoning the aisles and I could see the progress they were making. But the customer service alone will bring me back to this location. Every employee I encountered greeted me and asked if I needed help. Everyone was super friendly and from observing and talking with a few I can tell that they take pride in this store and really care that the customers are taken care of!! I observed who I think was the manager and she was awesome - in making sure customers were greeted and employees were staying on top of what needed taken care of. Will definitely go back.”

“We found the Dollar General on Coursey Boulevard convenient and very well stocked. They have a little bit of everything for sale. It’s nothing fancy but it’s quick and the prices are fair. The only drawback we found is they have no one to assist with finding things, but we were able to find everything without.”

“A great place to stop for 90% of what I usually need from a Walmart. Well stocked and clean, quick in & out. Very convenient on the commute down Hooper to or from Baton Rouge. This store sometimes has items that are not available at other area Walmart locations.”

Besides that though … so much for convenience because every time I come by on my way from work they close at 8 , they should be open till 9 so tell me why they lock the doors between 8 and 8:30 ???
It would be even better if they stayed open till 10 but they could at least stay open till their posted hours.”
“This is the biggest of the three Dollar Trees I shop at. The Walmart super center is across the street. I frequently find items that the other stores do not carry or out of stock. The employees are both helpfully and friendly.”

“This Walmart is our go to spot for regular groceries. The curbside service is a total game changer. We add things to our list on the app throughout the week and once we hit $35, we schedule a pick up. Our order is nearly always ready at the front end of our pick up window and because of the app, the order is rolling outside as soon as I park! Can't beat that. The folks working the pharmacy are really nice so this is also our pharmacy if choice. Outside of that, the store is always clean and well stocked. I never have an issue of not being able to find what I want in store. And it helps to scan the app ahead of time to see what might not be in stock. I rarely go in store anymore but when I do, I never have to wait in a line because of how many self checkout stations they have. I've always found the staff here to be friendly... total opposite of what I've come to expect from Walmart.They don't have any special, exclusive items... I mean, it's only Walmart. The only reason I dropped a star is because their bakery is nothing to write home about. I find myself preferring many other grocery store bakeries (Rouses, Whole Foods, fresh market, Costco) over Walmart. I think if the bakery was better, I'd go to other places less and buy even more from here. If Aldi or another competitive grocery store opens up nearby, it'll be interesting to see how this Walmart will stack up!”
